To maintain our standard of quality, OXCROSS LLC (operating the brand OXCROSS Apparel) operates with a strict no-return policy for general purchases. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect color choices, or sizing issues. Please review our sizing charts carefully before completing your purchase.

Sale Items

Under no circumstances are returns, refunds, or exchanges permitted on sale items, discounted merchandise, or VIP promotional orders.

Manufacturing Defects & Replacements

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our apparel. If you receive an item that has a verified manufacturing defect, OXCROSS LLC will gladly issue a direct replacement of the identical item.

To qualify for a defect replacement:

  1. You must contact us at orders@theoxcross.com within 5 days of the delivery date.

  2. The subject line of your email must clearly state: Defect Claim - Order # [Your Order Number].

  3. Your email must include clear photographic evidence of the manufacturing defect.

  4. Once the defect is verified by our team, a replacement will be processed and shipped to your shipping address. We do not issue cash refunds for defects; we only issue exact replacements.
